In many places, the infrastructure is struggling to keep pace with housing construction. As more homes are built, the demand on utilities, transportation systems, and public services increases. This can lead to issues such as traffic congestion, strain on water and sewage systems, and overcrowded schools. Local governments and developers need to work together to ensure that infrastructure improvements are made in conjunction with new housing developments to support the growing population. **
